All orders must be placed through our website or other designated platforms. Once you place an order, I will begin creating your handmade-to-order swimwear piece. Please allow between 5-7 business days for production. I may contact you to confirm your order details and measurements.

PAYMENT

All payments must be made in full at the time of placing your order. Accepted payment methods such as credit/debit card.

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

Production times may vary depending on the design and workload, please allow 5-7 business days for production. You will be notified once your order is complete, and we will proceed with shipping along with a Tracking number. Shipping times will vary depending on your location, and any shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for any customs, taxes, or other fees incurred during shipping.

​REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

All our handmade-to-order swimwear pieces are created specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive a faulty item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your swimwear to explain the fault in detail. We will evaluate the situation and work with you to provide a satisfactory solution.
